If you do not have access to a computer, we will be happy to do the online registration for you. Please stop in to one of our stores or call us to register by phone. Seating space is limited and reserved for registered students only. Please do not bring children or guests to class. Day of registrations are not accepted. There are NO Refunds and NO Transfers for no-shows or for cancellations made less than three (3) days in advance of your class. Registration is considered a Final Sale three (3) days prior to the date of your class. If you are unable to attend last minute you are welcome to send someone in your place. If Beadworks Boston, Cambridge or Salem cancels a class for any reason, you will receive a prompt full refund. At Beadworks Boston, Cambridge & Salem classes are for students ages 16 and older. We occasionally offer youth classes for children ages 10 to 15 and we offer private parties for children ages 5 and up. Otherwise if, a child (accompanied by an adult) wishes to make a project, they are encouraged to come in during store hours and our staff will be happy to assist them. Please note that Saturdays are very busy at ALL Beadworks shops and accordingly the staff may not be available to assist with projects. Beadworks reserves the right to substitute comparable beads and components in class project kits based on availability of materials. (back to top)     Party Policies   The Party Fee is non-refundable and due at the time of reservation. There are no refunds for any reason. There are no transfers for no-shows. Payment for party materials may be made the day of the party. To control cost, the party host may purchase gift cards, in any amount for the party guests. Since party dates fill up quickly we recommend calling at least 4 weeks in advance of your desired party date. (back to top)     Groups   In an effort to provide our customers with the best possible Beadworks experience, we are not able to accommodate groups of four or more at our work tables during regular store hours. Our stores are small and can be extremely busy, especially on the weekends. If you are interested in scheduling a private party or class, please visit our Online Registration Page and schedule a private party.
