Our Return & Exchange
Policy
In order to offer an ever-changing
selection of products we are not able to accept returns. Yet
in an effort to accommodate our customers needs we will accept
exchanges within seven days with the original receipt. Certain
items including accessories, ready-made jewelry and books are
always final sales. We are unable to make any exceptions to these
policies.

Salem do not offer internet sales or direct mail order services
to our customers. The Beadworks online bead store in Atlanta,
GA is pleased to offer these services. If you are not able to

a Designer Discount in all three of our Boston area retail shops.
To qualify for the Designer Discount you must resell the materials
you purchase from Beadworks or incorporate these purchased materials

Repairs
Beadworks Boston,
Cambridge and Salem are pleased to accept most stringing and
knotting repairs that involve beads. By definition a repair is
the exact reconstruction of an existing, broken or worn-out piece
of jewelry. We are unable to accept weaving repairs or repairs
that require soldering. A reputable jeweler in your area is always
